My friends and i bought these vouchers 2 weeks ago and decided to use it last thurs.
Good thing 5 out of our 7 vouchers had been validated, but 2 of us, including i, had to shell out money just to buy our coffees.
Please see to it that your services and support systems are working next time.
This is too much for a bad publicity.
